Lakeside Partners (“Lakeside”), a leading boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to CRĒO Industrial Arts (“CRĒO”) on its sale to Orbus Visual Communications. CRĒO is a premier fabricator of environmental graphics, exhibits, and other custom architectural elements.
The transaction bolsters Lakeside Partner’s specialty manufacturing and business services expertise.
